To the best of my knowledge, Marmite is not biocumulative and neither is Shoggoth. If it was, I suspect that the amounts of trace Shoggoth in the drinking water would pose a greater hazard. Unfortunately, the only researcher in the field of the long term effects of Shoggoth exposure is Dr. Dennis Hill of Miskatonic University, and he's tragically underfunded.
